We are going by the anime too. Mecha Freeza full power was never shown before just for people who didnt know. Anyway Full power Mecha Freeza would win and probably against Namek Goku too.

I am wondering if he ever powered up or went all out in that fight. I was never sure if frieza went all out or not even if he did how he would have faired against super saiyan trunks. If trunks would have struggled to destroy him or not. Trunks in the English anime stated the only reason why he won so easily is because of the element of surprise. That is what I was asking who was stronger frieza at his maximum against goku on namek or when he fought trunks.
